Atalanta is classified in the TC (Truly Classic) category. With a length of 90 feet, she is the second yacht in the TC 90 series built by Claasen Jachtbouw, the first being the famous Kealoha. The only difference between the sisterships is their interiors, everything else - hull, keel, steering, sail plan - is virtually identical. A bit unusual for a charter yacht, Atalanta accommodates only four guests, very few for a 90-footer. However, the guests are not constrained by anything and feel secluded and comfortable. Designed to race classic yachts with a matching carbon spar and racing sails, she easily handles around 10 knots in a 15-knot breeze. The owner, Nicholson Yachts, offers this boat for charter for only $40,000 per week.
