Conceived as a tug and salvage vessel, the Artic P, with an icebreaker hull, has sailed the seas and oceans. In 1992, she was bought by Australian mass-media magnate Kerry Parker. Parker decided to convert the vessel into a private yacht and to that end sent her to the Maltese Shipyard. The yacht is equipped with a master suite and 5 passenger cabins. With two Deutz 6,508 hp engines, she can reach a top speed of 22 knots. With a cruising speed of 15 knots, she will have a cruising range of 20,000 miles without refueling.
